Bethlehem, Pa. – Kevin M. Cain, SIOR and Keller Williams Commercial (KWC) Northampton County announced today they are partnering to best provide quality brokerage services to clients of the Lehigh Valley, state of Pennsylvania, and beyond. The partnership brings together KW Commercial, a national real estate brand with a strong portfolio of cutting-edge analytics tools, software and other resources, and Kevin M. Cain, a veteran Commercial/Industrial/Investment real estate advisor moving into his 25th year in the industry.
Kevin M. Cain, SIOR has spent the past 8 years as the Principal Member of Capstone Real Estate Group, LLC. In his time at Capstone, Kevin has worked on variety of assignments, from assemblage of vacant commercial ground, office buildings, Design-Build projects and multi-tenant industrial buildings, to name a few.
